Hey! My name is Sean Sikes and I am the owner of Sikesercise gym in the east of downtown San Antonio. I’ve been a personal trainer for over 12 years focused on building a unique energy and attitude that will help lead my clients and members into a lifetime of health and fitness.

Settle your case with the Mondays by showing up Tuesday morning with a core and cardio class that will have your abs fired up for the rest of the week. We also will spend 10 minutes going over some solid stretching and movement to start your day off right.
