Hey! My name is Sean Sikes and I am the owner of Sikesercise gym in the east of downtown San Antonio. I’ve been a personal trainer for over 12 years focused on building a unique energy and attitude that will help lead my clients and members into a lifetime of health and fitness.

Fitness Classes

NEW in June:

Beginners Fitness Fridays at 6AM: A supportive class for first-timers, returning members, or anyone ready to build confidence in the gym.

New 11AM options are also available for select classes.

Strength Training

Mondays | 6:00 Am, 11:00 Am & 6:30 pm | 45-60 min

This Monday class is built around intentional weight training, coached movement, and smart programming that challenges your full body without wasting a single rep.

Core Strength & Conditioning

Tuesday | 6:00 am, 11:00AM & 6:30 PM | 45-60 min

Settle your case with the Mondays by showing up Tuesday morning with a core and cardio class that will have your abs fired up for the rest of the week. We also will spend 10 minutes going over some solid stretching and movement to start your day off right.

Hump day Hustle

Wednesdays | 6AM, 11:00 Am & 6:30 pm | 45-60 min

This ain’t your grandma’s Pilates class.

Hump Day Hustle blends high-output cardio with functional strength work in one competition-style session. Expect ergs, intervals, conditioning, and weighted movements designed to build power under fatigue.

Friday 5:15 AM Fire class

Friday | 5:15 am | 30-45 min

Fast. Focused. Fired up.

Calisthenics, plyometrics, strength bursts — and lately, team-based workouts that push pace and accountability. Built for high-intensity conditioning, athletic performance, and the kind of effort that does not let you hide.

Expect effort. Expect sweat. Expect to be pushed.

Beginners Fitness

Beginners Fitness is built for anyone getting started, coming back after time away, or looking for a supportive way to ease into training. This class focuses on basic movements, proper form, steady conditioning, and building confidence one workout at a time.

No ego. No pressure. Just show up and start.

Bootcamp

Saturday | 10:00 am | 45-60 min

Your glutes will burn but this ain’t your cute little booty bands class. This class is a mixture of strength, cardio, body, soul, heart, and mind.

Yoga

Sunday | 10:00 am | 45 min

Our yoga sessions are taking a short pause. We’ll announce their return soon!

A challenging yet accessible vinyasa flow to promote both strength and flexibility in athletes at all levels.

My personal training is what’s best in me. I wish I could put into words the feeling I get when I can tell I’m making a difference in someone’s life. All personal one on one training is specific to what your goals are first. Whatever it is you wanna accomplish I want it just as bad for you and i’m more than happy to help.
